| A bill currently in front of Congress titled the “Biodiesel Promotion and Quality Assurance Act of 2007” (S. 1616) which would serve as an amendment to the Clean Air Act, has gained wide spread bipartisan support and will likely move into law soon. This bill regulates the mandatory inclusion of biodiesel into all US commercial diesel products starting in 2008 and increasing annually over the next five years. Authentix has developed a patented covert marking system used to accurately quantify the concentration of biodiesel in any diesel fuel at any point during distribution from the fuel terminal all the way to the fuel pumps at your local gas station.
