The Student Affiliates chapter of the American Chemical Society at Southeast Missouri State University is making a push for reinstatement as an official chapter this year. However, activities have continued at the university as part of the "Chemistry Club" during the years that the chapter was operating unofficially. In the past several years we have put together a successful demo show and are developing a new show on Forensic Chemistry. We have maintained social activities for the department that include an ice cream social and picnic. We will be presenting all of the activities that our chapter participates in as well as highlighting some of our new goals.
