The Chemistry Club at the University of Southern Maine has developed short sequences of demonstrations and narrative targeted at specific learning outcomes of the Maine State Learning Results. These 5-15 minute modules are designed to be incorporated into the Chemistry Club's outreach activities to local elementary and secondary schools. Promotional materials have been crafted which include a list of learning results addressed by each module, and sample evaluation exercises. These materials highlight how our shows can integrate into the science curriculum, and may encourage a new audience to invite us to share the joys of science.
