Frontier research at the high school level

The paper intend to describe the authors fifteen years of incremental development of a research program in organometallic and coordination chemistry at the high school level. We will share students research work involving synthesis and characterization of new organometallic and coordination complexes. The author also will share his experience and success in secure funding in basic research at the high school level from various funding agencies.
