Two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy of molecular complexes can reveal electronic couplings, pathways of energy flow, and the presence of quantum coherence in the dynamics. Recent development such as two-color two-dimensional spectroscopy and the use of non-rephasing spectra and polarization to decongest crowded spectra will be described with respect to various light harvesting and reaction center complexes.
