The presentation will describe the use of reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerisation to control the polymerisation of vinyl monomers. The versatility of RAFT will be illustrated by presenting the controlled polymerisation of monomers such as vinyl acetate, isoprene, etc. and the production of polymeric architectures with applications in stimuli-responsive nanostructures.
