How to manage an undergraduate research program

This session will discuss a variety of methodologies for managing an undergraduate research program. Topics will include the following: selection and training of undergraduate researchers, time management for students and faculty and helpful techniques for minimizing training time and maximizing group potential. A variety of management styles and techniques will be discussed in order to provide alternatives that will be suitable for different program leaders.
