Recovering damages -- either lost profits, or a reasonable royalty -- resulting from infringement of your company's patents depends on competent, admissible proof of causation and amount. Normally, such proof is based at least in part on the analysis and testimony of economic experts. This presentation will discuss the need for, selection of, and preparation for trial with such experts.
