This presentation will discuss how scientific and technology issues are addressed by the Courts. Specific topics will include judicial resolution of scientific issues, such as those found in chemical, pharmaceutical and other complex scientific matters, in the context of the Daubert case and its progeny; application of new rules governing e-discovery; and managing complex litigation.
