| The Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE) has a number of programs that support chemistry education in community colleges. The Advanced Technological Education (ATE) program supports projects for chemical technician education in a variety of chemistry related industries. The ATE program also supports regional and national centers in all STEM areas. The CCLI program supports projects in curriculum development, workshops for faculty, equipment purchases and student-centered learning. The STEP program supports projects that will increase the numbers of STEM majors by many creative means. The talk will enlarge on the various DUE programs that support chemistry education in community colleges. |
