| Chemists are less likely than lawyers, public officials, or business executives to face conflicts of interest in the practice of their discipline but conflicts of interest are not rare in chemistry. This talk will offer an analysis of conflict of interest (as a threat to technical judgment) and then apply that analysis to some representative cases in chemistry (both academic and commercial), as many as time allows. |
