General plate theory is suitable for linear chromatography, namely the equilibrium constant (K) is not change with the concentration of solute, in this case it only can describe normal peak shape. But the K kept a constant number is not necessary for plate theory; it is only easy for calculation. With the computer developing complicated calculation is become very simple, so we use the Excel visual basic program and the Langmuir absorbing equation: q=aC/(1+bC) to succeed simulation skewed peak and reverse type when using the b are positive and negative. Each jump the equilibrium concentration of solute in each plate must be recalculated with Langmuir absorbing equation. When mass is 100, 50 ,25, 10, 5 and 1; Langmuir coefficient a and b are 1 and -1 respectively; number of theory plate is 200; total number jump is 1000; the different reverse type peaks are obtained.
