POLY 169 |
| A self-assembled DR/CM-ß-CD multilayer thin-film was fabricated with CM-ß-CD as polyanion and photosensitive DR as polycation. DR and CM-ß-CD could deposit equably to the substrates surfaces based on UV-Vis absorption spectrum which was used to monitor the process of self-assembling. The MB could enter equally the inner of the films when they were immersed in a MB aqueous solution in an enough time, and the MB-adsorbed DR/CM-ß-CD film was stable against reductive glucose. The thickness of films influenced the MB binding to the films, and the adsorbing quantity increased linearly with the bilayer number changing from 3 to 12. And the different volume ratio of H2O/CH3CH2OH had an effect on the MB desorbing from the film. The desorbing quantity of MB from the MB-adsorbed DR/CM-ß-CD film decreased with the increasing of the water concentration in the H2O/C2H5OH mixture. |
