| As a new graduate, you may realize that science succeeds and projects advance as a function of the people involved. People who are motivated and enthusiastic about their work do not fear failure and move boldly forward. Since the only thing that you can be sure of in your future is change, the process of continually re-inventing yourself will help you move in a satisfying manner. Examples of how the pharmaceutical industry (large and small pharma) has changed over the last 30 years and continues to evolve will be discussed. Chemistry careers have been affected as part of this evolution, allowing for even more challenges in the future! |
