Surfactant structures from droplet templates

This talk will discuss the use of fluid droplets as templates to create new surfactant structures. These can be both traditional structures, such as liposomes or polymerosomes, or they can be more unusual structures where colloidal particles are adsorbed at the surface and play the role of the surfactant.
