Student-designed computer learning modules for general chemistry

A detailed description of a series of computer-based chemistry learning modules designed by computer science students taking general chemistry class will be given. Most concepts discussed in the usual sequence of freshman chemistry are included in this project. This is an on going project which we plan to post on the web for others to use. Description of the challenges and opportunities presented by the project both from students' perspective and faculty will also be discussed.
