| TSCA impacts colleges and universities in many ways. Under TSCA, a university which imports chemicals must present certifications, as well as review the imported chemical against the inventory of approved chemicals. TSCA regulates the transfer of chemicals between states and intra-state. There are exemptions, and this presentation will provide attendees with an overview of the specific sections of TSCA that apply to research institutions. |
