| TMSP was reacted with p-tolylchloroformate (I) and p-nitrophenylchloroformate (II) followed by hydrolysis. With the identification of the products we will be able to conclude about the influence of electron donating and withdrawing groups on the phenyl, in the formation of the mono-or bisphosphonic derivative. Current results will be discussed. |
