| Platinum anticancer drugs target DNA. We shall present the latest work from our laboratory characterizing the interactions of platinum anticancer drugs and/or new drug candidates with DNA and nucleosomes. Both structural and mechanistic studies will be described. This work has been supported by the National Cancer Institute. |
