Carbon nanotube (CNT)/polybenzoxazole (PBO) nanocomposites were prepared via in-situ polymerization of AB monomer containing hydrochloric acid in the presence CNTs in a mild acid polyphosphoric acid. The approach turned out to be a good method to afford homogeneous dispersion of CNT in PBO matrix was visually confirmed by SEM observation.
