| The labeling of proteins with chemically diverse compounds in vivo and in vitro opens up new ways to study and to manipulate protein function. We have developed two approaches that allow for a specific and covalent labeling of fusion proteins in living cells and this lecture will discuss these approaches and demonstrate recent applications. |
