| It is known that in children, ill with rachitis the breach of lipid exchange alongside with breach of phosphoric-calcium exchange is observed. In this connection studying the fatty-acid composition of blood serum in children ill with the current pathology presents theoretical and practical interest. The research has been carried out in 37 children, ill with rachitis and 10 practically healthy children. In children we have examined the composition of high fatty acids was studied by the method of gas-liquid chromatography. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of fatty acids has been carried out on chromatograph Tsvet-100, model 165 with flame-ionization detector. Separation of lipids from blood serum was carried out by extraction method on Folch. As a result of identification the following fatty acids were found in blood serum: C(16:0) – palmitin, C(16:1) palmitolein, C(18:0) -stearine, C(18:2) -linole, C(18:3) -lynoline and C(20:4) –arachidonic. In addition the level of total lipids of blood and excrement was studied. The breach of lipid exchange was valued on the ratio of the amount of unsaturated fatty acids to the amount of saturated. In examined children, ill with rachitis, received traditional treatment was observed broad range of fluctuations of studied factors of lipid exchange. Noting stability of lipid disbalance under influence of generally accepted treatment, probably, is conditioned that the action of specific therapy, in organism in the first place, is directed on correction phosphoric-calcium exchange. Thereby, after undertaking the traditional method of treatment in examined children, ill with rachitis did not occur normalization of studied factors of lipid exchange that required further their correction. Therefore we consider expedient inclusion of preparation, influencing upon correction of lipid exchange in medical complex. |
