| Uzbek oncological scientific center produces immune-ferment test-systems, having multi-component sets, the main component of which is the synthetic peptides, sorpted on surface of polystyrene planshets. The test-systems reveal antibodies in serum or plasma of human blood, infected with different viruses, by their interaction with the sorpted antigen on planshet with the following quantitative analysis using spectrophotometery. The systems are very sensitive to the influence of the external medium, not stable, require special care at keeping and transportation. The carried out studies on the development of modified planshets with selective sorpted ability has resulted in positive results and established their utility to immunological reactions for the analysis of viruses of AIDS, hepatitis and cancer diseases. The whole cycle of the work consists of the main three stages – production of polystyrene planshtes on lithium thermoplastautomates using special pressform, making modifying material and processing the film surface of planshets with synthetic antigens. Thereby, the technology on manufacturing of an ion-active planshet, which is capable to interact specifically with active antibody has been developed. The forming complex of antigen-antibody is revealed using marked paroksidaza A – protein of aurus stofilococcus -konugate. The further work on the improvement of the quality, the reliability of carried out analysis and the reduction of prime cost of the manufactured product will be conducted. The analytical immune-ferment planshet we have developed has been approved on an example of the analysis of antibody of blood serum of patients ill with AIDS, hepatitis. Obtained data will completely appropriates with the literary data. |
