The ACS Exams Institute has been producing assessment tools for the high school classroom for over 50 years. This talk will highlight the features of our two primary tools that are currently available. The High School Exam is designed for the first year course and has been written to coincide with national standards. The Advanced High School Exam is now calculator-free to enhance its use as a diagnostic tool for teachers of AP Chemistry classrooms. This talk will also emphasize the manner by which exams are prepared to inform participants at the high school day program about opportunities to get involved in the work of the ACS Exams.
