| A series of new conjugated light emitting polymers containing novel benzofluorene (BF) or dibenzofluorene moieties were synthesized and characterized. The fused ring structures improved the thermal stability of the polymers significantly as evident from high Tg and Td, and red-shifted the emission. The emission colors of the polymers can be tailored by copolymerization with desired comonomers.
