Progress toward a chemical code for targeting RNA

RNA is an important drug target whose potential has been largely unexplored. We will describe our efforts towards developing a set of rules to enable the facile and reliable design of small molecules targeting RNA. These efforts describe the development of an RNA motif-ligand database.
