P38, a MAP kinase known to mediate inflammatory pathways, is a biological target for developing treatments for rheumatoid arthritis. This presentation will focus on drug metabolism properties of a novel p38 kinase inhibitor, and will include discussion on its pharmacokinetics, bioactivation chemistry, and in vitro and in vivo metabolism.
