In this paper, the activity and stability of recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) from Trichoderma reesei effected by pH, metal ions and chemical reagents were discussed. The results indicate that the metal ions of Fe3+, Ca2+ and K+ promote the enzyme activity, but Zn2+ and Co2+ inhibit the enzyme activity. Furthermore the stability of the recombinant t-PA was improved by 30% sucrose.
