TDDFT studies of resonance Raman processes: Understanding SERS

This talk will present the results of TDDFT calculations of resonance Raman intensities and spectra for molecules interacting with silver and gold clusters. The results will be used to interpret the enhancement mechanisms associated with surface enhanced Raman scattering.
