Seven amino alcohols, propranolol , bisoprolol fumarate, atenolol, salbutamol, isoprenaline, metoprolol, labetalol were enationseparated on two self-made CSPs, teicoplanin and teicoplanin phenyl isocyanate CSPs, respectively, using methanol as mobile phase and HOAc and TEA as mobile phase additives. The influence of the proportion of mobile phase additives was investigated. On the two CSPs, the different enationseparate behavior of analytes was compared. Altered the porprotion of HOAc and TEA, the retention factors of seven analytes on teicoplanin phenyl isocyanate CSP were bigger than that of on teicoplanin CSP, but the separation factors and resolutions were less. The results indicated p-p interaction and dipole-dipole between solutes and CSPs benefit to retention, hydrogen bonding contribute to enationseparation. All the results showed that the proportion of HOAc and TEA didn't change the essential of chiral separation.
