| The Pharmaceutical Achievers project began as a book of short biographies of about 80 researchers published by the Chemical Heritage Foundation To better make the life stories of these scientists useful in real classroom teaching a series of three educational modules was created, each containing readings and activities relating to the life and work of a particular person profiled in the book. The modules have been made available free online, and deal with the history and science of pain relievers, anti-cancer drugs, and antibiotics. |
