| There have been recent claims that one certain form of water or another is more beneficial than "regular" water, but little if any substantial proof is offered as to their existence. Oxygen-17 (17O) NMR data has been recently reported to “prove” the existence of physiologically beneficial “hexagonal” water- water molecules found in the form of a six-member ring. A more comprehensive NMR study has been conducted to explore this "proof". Furthermore, the issue that "structure making" ions are purported to aid in the formation of such "hexagonal" water forms while "structure breaking" ions do not is also explored. Do the claims that such "hexagonal" water exists truly "hold water"? |
