| With the method of bio-treatment of the oily sludge from refinery, three efficient bacteria strains were isolated after screened by two grades, named as HJ-1, HJ-2, and HJ-3. Through primary assay, HJ-1 was identified as Bacillus. This study discussed the effect of seed age, oil concentration, microbe amount, experiment time and pH for the capacity of strains degradation in the enrichment culture of oil extracted from refinery oil sludge of Shengli Oil field China. Results showed that at the condition of 50mL, pH 9, oil concentration 5g/L enrichment culture of crude oil, addition of 12mL strain HJ-1 at the seed age 16 hours, experiment time 6 days, the oil reduction rate was 69.4% for the oily sludge of refinery. |
