A decade of development and dissemination of peer-led team learning

The results of a study of implementation and dissemination of PLTL will be presented. Some factors involved in successful institutionalization will be identified. This will be done from a perspective broad enough so that the results will be transferable to other educational innovations. Presentation and discussion will include factors required for a new approach to teaching and learning to become established as part of a faculty's accepted method.
