Synthesis, structural characterization, and spectral of transition metal complexes with 1,2-naphthoquinone-monooximes

Some new 1, 2-naphthoquinone-monooximes were synthesized in order to exploit the potential anticancer activities of the compounds and of their metal derivatives. The Nickel(II) and Zinc(II) complexes were characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.
