Synthesis and structural analysis of cyclic organohydroborate half-sandwich titanium(III) complexes

New mono-Cp or Cp* based titannium(III) 9-BBN hydroborate derivatives with either 15- or 17- valence electron configuration were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Agostic interactions between Ti(III) and C-H were observed in 15-valence electron configuration complexes.
