Asymmetric sulfoxidations with helical vanadium salen complexes

Vanadium-salen complexes are known to have activity for the chiral sulfoxidation reaction. In this study, new monohelical vanadium(IV) salen complexes are examined as asymmetric sulfoxidation catalysts using a variety of oxidants and conditions.
