This research is base on the female design style web application. Participants of this study are those female students who took the "Life Chemistry" course for the asynchronous distant program in Providence University. All 100 female students are randomly separate into two groups. The experimental group, which was in a special designed female style web environment and the controlled group, was in a normal one. The other 100 male students are divided into two groups as above for compare usage. ACS test was used as a research tool and SPSS was used to analyze the data obtained. The results are as follow: 1、Female students under female style web out-perform regular one. 2、Higher pre-knowledge female students under female style web have shown better learning achievement than the lower pre-knowledge female students. 3、Science college female students use female style environment have shown better achievement than other college female students. 4、Those female students use female style web and spent longer study time span perform better than the shorter time span female students. 5、The female students use female style web design show a high 73.5% satisfaction question ale on agree and agree completely, far greater than disagree total percentages.
