Problem: How can I build credibility for a web-based learning tool I've authored?

Solution: We will prepare a poster which highlights the techniques used on the home page of The Science of Spectroscopy, such as: 1. the importance of good design and ease of use to ensure people will use your resource more than once, and even collaborate or offer suggestions for improvement 2. using an RSS feed to display a constantly updated list of recent visitors 3. listing the site with respected learning content repositories like MERLOT, National Grid for Learning (NGfL), Education Network Australia (EdNA) 4. using badges provided by the learning content repositories and linking directly to their listings/reviews
