The purpose of this study, take measures for demand of high quality Diesel with environmental protection. It is due to hydrotreating under giving high pressure to change Clean LCO (as high cetane and low sulfur/nitrogen/aromatics content) from LCO. The most suitable method, refining ultra clean fuel oil from LCO, is necessary to hydrotreating and hydrocracking with the noble metal-zeolite catalyst and the process. This paper shows optimizing the noble metal-zeolite catalyst and it use to react for LCO feed.
