| The cracking catalyst is a very important part of FCC technology because the change of it's characteristics is one of effective method to improve the product composition in FCC unit. So, it is necessary to study the improvement of the key component (Y zeolite) of the usual FCC catalyst. In this paper the catalysis properties of Y zeolites modified with phosphorus were characterized and evaluated by different methods. The results showed that the catalysis properties of Y zeolite can be improved by modification of certain amount phosphorus, the catalysts containing Y zeolite modified with phosphorus show the higher ability to reduce the coke yield and content of olefins in the gasoline. The characterization results of 31P MAS-NMR and 27Al MAS-NMR show that the additions of different amount of phosphorus lead to the different states of phosphorus on the zeolite surface. |
