The Polymer Technology program in partnership with Goodyear generated a partnership to train and educate 12 polymer and analytical chemistry technicians already working in the plant. This tailor made successful initiative was proven to be a very functional, flexible, and focused operation, where Goodyear technicians/students were able to learn the latest in theory and applications in applied analytical chemistry, applied general and organic chemistry, applied instrumental analysis, and polymer chemistry. Students will be graduating with Certificates in Chemical Laboratory Technology and Polymer Technology, and an Associate in Applied Science in Chemical Laboratory Technology.
