CELL 33 |
| With alkali-pretreated rice husk as raw material, cellulase production by solid state fermentation with Trichoerma sp 3.2942 on the mixture of wheat bran and rice husk powder was studied. Also, cellulase production by solid state fermentation coupled with simultaneous multi-separation in order to remove the inhibition of products on fermentation process was investigated. The results showed that Filter Paper Activity (FPA) and CMC Activity (CMCase) increased by 27.5% and 25.1% when the ratio of rice husk and wheat bran was 3:7, the relative humility was greater than 95%, the initial water content was 45~60%, the culture temperature was 28~30°C and the inoculum concentration was 20%. With new technology of solid state fermentation coupled with multi-separation at 48h and 72h, FPA increased by 32.1% and 20.2%, and CMCase increased by 0% and 31.1%, respectively, compared with conventional solid state fermentation. |
