| Indirect coal liquefication is an important process when syngas(H2+CO)derived > from coal are converted into liquid fuel and a wide variety of hydrocarbons. A new smectite-type of catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation of FeCl3°¤6H2O and Na2SiO3 (sodium silicate). Structural > analysis by XRD°¢SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption indicated that this catalyst had a high specific surface area. The pretreated catalyst was > introduced into the FT synthesis in a slurry bed reactor. The reaction > was carried out at 270 °æ and 0.5MPa,1.0NL/g-cat/h,H2/CO=2 for 6 hours, > providing the liquid product at 87.99wt% yield. Analysis of the product > showed that the selectivity of C3-C12 hydrocarbons achieved above 90%, which had broken the ASF distribution rule. > |
