In this research, we report the polymerization of propylene and butene-1 with new doubly bridged bis indenyl metallocene catalysts. Using doubly bridged metallocene, low isotactic polypropylene and poly(butene-1) with high molecular weight. In propylene polymerization by (1,2'-SiMe2)(2,1'-SiMe2)(3-Me3SiCH2Ind)2ZrCl2 catalyst, [mmmm] of polypropylene is 0.398 and molecular weight (Mw) is 664,000. And ligand effects were investigated introducing substituents to indene ring and bridging group of doubly bridged metallocene. The bulkiness of substituents controlled the stereoregularity of polyolefin. These polymers have elastic property. Also, we report the property of the polymers obtained with these catalysts.
