| Using alkyphenol polyoxyethylene as material, a nonionic - anionic surfactant °ªsodium polyoxyethylene nonylphenylene ether carboxymethylates (NPC(Na)-n) adopting chloroaectic acid method was synthesized and the optimum processing conditions were optimized by means of orthogonality mehtods. The surface chemical properties of NPC(Na)-n was investigated by surface tension method. The critical micelle concentration(CMC), the saturated surface adsorption(§¤max), and the degree of counter ion-blinding of the micelle(K§à) decreased as EO(ethylene oxide) increaseing. However, the surface tension at CMC(¦ÃCMC) increased as EO increaseing; The addition of NaCl resulted in a great decrease of CMC and ¦ÃCMC; At the same time, its good salt tolerance was verified. NPC(Na)-10 was chosen as a viscous crude oil emulsifier, and its effect of the properties on the stability of O/W viscous crude oil and its fractions was probed. NPC(Na)°ª10 was better using as viscous crude oil emulsifier than Napthenic Acid-Sodium which is usually used crude oil emulsifier. This paper is the first paper that applies NPC(Na)-10 in crude oil emulsifier. |
